Arvind Parthiban has over 8 years of experience in ITSM and ITIL. He has specializations in worldwide service desk implementations and consulting. Arvind has been an advocate for innovative approaches to learning and change throughout his career and has assisted 100+ global companies like DHL Global, Wolters Kluwer, Urban Outfitters, Pre Corp USA, Smart Tech CA, Strozz llc, Franklin University in their IT needs. He works currently as a Senior Marketing Manager for ManageEngine where he strategizes and oversees the complete implementation cycles in various environments while understanding and solving new problems and potential setbacks faced by IT administrators to deliver best results. Srinivasan Thiagarajan (Srini), Assistant Vice President, leading the Transformation track in AVM CoE is associated with Cognizant since 1999. A Cognizant veteran, he has played many roles including Delivery Management, Account Management, Business Consulting and General Management.

Srini is a true leader who excels at the intersection of business and technology. In his present role, with his team of Consultants, he articulates, designs and implements the global Managed Services model which helps Customers move towards Managed Services irrespective of their current level of maturity. He currently spearheads the Transformation journey for many of Cognizant's Customers beyond Managed Services into Business Outcome based delivery.

Srini's track record of leading global support engagements and building large teams, combined with rock solid execution is a hallmark of his career. His ability to engage deeply with Customers and to build enduring relationships enables him to function as 'trusted advisor' to his peers and Customers.


Mayank Malik

Mayank Malik believes that his passion to solve problems and achieve results the technological way creates tangible benefits to the business. He feels energized when portraying information to future strategic decisions via dashboards, turning problems into solutions, delivering IT services 24 x 7 and dealing with unhappy customers. Malik is responsible for IT Global Monitoring and running ITSM Operations in 24 x 7 support framework at Adobe Systems. He is leading high performing ITSM (Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, and Tools & Automation) teams at Adobe Systems Noida. Innovation is one of the core values at Adobe and also a major driving force for Malik. His team recently started unlocking the potential of software tools & integrating them to automatically calculate Service Availability of business critical services. These automations had a direct impact on increase in Availability of Services, while also motivating ITSM team to manage complex business solutions in-house.
